1. Seller and scope These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers at designs.madesst.com. The seller is: MADESST.Designs — Mohamed Abdelhady Omar, sole proprietorship Pernerstorfergasse 90/52-53, 1100 Vienna, Austria designs@madesst.com

2. Order process and contract Product listings on this website are not a binding offer. You place an order by adding products to the cart, going to checkout, entering your details, and clicking the final order button. Before that final click, you can review and correct every entry at any time using the browser's back function or the edit links in checkout. Clicking the order button is a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. The contract language is English. We store the contract details, and you receive them in full in your order confirmation email.

3. Prices and payment All prices are in euros and are final prices. As a small business under § 6 (1) Z 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung), we do not charge VAT. Shipping within the EU is free. Payment is made through the options shown at checkout and is due when you order.

4. Production and delivery All pieces are 3D-printed to order. Delivery times are stated in our Shipping Policy. If a delay occurs we will inform you promptly. If we cannot deliver, any payment already made is refunded in full without delay.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and our voluntary 30-day return period, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Nature of the products Each piece is made layer by layer by additive manufacturing. Fine layer lines and small variations in the print pattern are characteristic of the process and are not a defect. Colours may differ slightly from how they appear on screen.

7. Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply (2 years from delivery). If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

8. Liability We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and personal injury, and under the Austrian Product Liability Act. For slight negligence causing property damage, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection rights are not affected.

9. Governing law Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer in another EU country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

10. Dispute resolution Please contact us first at designs@madesst.com; we aim to resolve every issue directly. The competent Austrian consumer dispute resolution body is Schlichtung für Verbrauchergeschäfte, Mariahilfer Straße 103/1/18, 1060 Vienna, www.verbraucherschlichtung.at.
