30-day returns Not happy with your piece? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no reason needed. This voluntary 30-day period extends your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (below); it does not limit it.
How to return
- Email designs@madesst.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form below.
- Send the item back, securely packed, to: MADESST.Designs, Pernerstorfergasse 90/52-53, 1100 Vienna, Austria.
- We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, at no fee to you.
You pay the direct cost of sending the item back, unless it arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong item If anything is wrong with your order, please email us a photo as soon as possible and we will repair, replace or refund it, including all shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights (2 years from delivery) always remain unaffected.
Custom commissions Pieces made to your individual specifications through our commission service are excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 18 (1) Z 3 FAGG) and cannot be returned, except where defective.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you take possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — MADESST.Designs, Mohamed Abdelhady Omar, Pernerstorfergasse 90/52-53, 1100 Vienna, Austria, designs@madesst.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
